Eligible Applicants

Military veterans (all branches) with a VA disability rating
First responders (law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch)
Must be able to provide documentation of service
Must pass a background check (no violent offenses, especially against animals)

DD-214 (veterans) or department verification letter (first responders)
Doctor or provider letter stating a service dog would be beneficial
VA disability rating documentation (if you don't have one yet, we'll help you through the process)
Consent to a background check
